Can I refuse my stolen car?

last week i was outside my husband had started the car and was taking the snow off the rear while I was holding my 2mth old baby. I opened the driver side door to put the heating up when suddenly 2 youths came and pushed me and the baby to the ground luckily baby had no injuries i was injured. My question is do I have a right to refuse my car from my insurers as Iam very scared to keep this car as it happened on my doorstep and police believe these lads are from the area and iam scared for my children if they see me coming and going in my car as it was my family car they were caught on cctv but im scared to use the car again

it should, but the bcs bowls are all about the money. big name teams are bigger draws and make more money. yea teams like boise and TCU and utah from last year(?) should get BCS bowl bids, or possible national championship games when they go undefeated, but other big name programs with one loss beat them out because they are that, big name program. its a flawed system

Should we enact laws or child welfare policies to protect a fetus and newborn babies from drug using parents?

Ask the kids who are suffering through their life with birth defects cause Mama wanted to smoke crack while pregnant. I think they should be forcibly sterilized if they refuse treatment. How many of them are on welfare and using the money for their habit and then the long term health care of the poor child. This comes down to a state level problem. The child being removed and put where, foster care? This is why they need sterilization, the cycle will continue.

Trash bodies?

ok why is it then when someone pisses you off you have to go and trash there bodies? ok this is specifically for girls. earlier i asked a question about what people thought about what sarah silverman said at the vmaa's and all these chicks start trashing sarah silverman's body!!! why is that? ok let me qoute someone so you know what im talking about...So what if Britney is a has-been, Sarah is a never was and never will be. Yes, being pretty is a dime a dozen. You should have something of value in between those pretty ears and if not a heart of gold, yours must at least be worth those millions you long for.
