Someone has been signing me up for newsletters how can I find out who that is?

somebody has been signing me up for pregnancy newsletters and sites. Is there a way for me to find out where does that person live? Like can I somehow find out IP address from which that person signed me up? It must be someone I know because they fill in my real address and first, last name, even birthday and I want to know who it is so I can do something about this.; It's really annoying. Thanx for any help
