Can I refuse my stolen car?

last week i was outside my husband had started the car and was taking the snow off the rear while I was holding my 2mth old baby. I opened the driver side door to put the heating up when suddenly 2 youths came and pushed me and the baby to the ground luckily baby had no injuries i was injured. My question is do I have a right to refuse my car from my insurers as Iam very scared to keep this car as it happened on my doorstep and police believe these lads are from the area and iam scared for my children if they see me coming and going in my car as it was my family car they were caught on cctv but im scared to use the car again
