Who benefits the most from the "WAR OF DRUGS"?

Aw HECK! You already named the biggies. Yes the Government, through taxes and law enforcement, and of course our prison systems, and we won't even mention lawyers and politicians. All this adds up to more money for the drug lords. Just watch the papers as they proudly add up all the pot busts. In our area (N.E. Calif.) so far this year it's 145 Million "Off the streets" Well the drug lords lost 145 Million in pot and they still made a tone of money, something smells fishy here and it ain't the fertilizer.
