What type of white wine would pair well with an Italian seafood pasta dish?

I am having a smoked cheese appetizer, salad and a pasta dish of shrimp, crab, and smoked mozarella in a three cheese and sun-dried tomato sauce. What wine would you suggest? Nothing very sweet please. I am a fan of Riesling. Would that pair well? Provide any brands you personally like as well!
