My efc for financial aid was 1959...will I get anything back?

I am going to attend a community college in April and had an efc of 1959. I also applied for the max. subsidized stafford loan of 3500$ to help pay for living costs while in school. Will I get anything back? Im worried that on my first day of school I wont receive anything back and will have to stop attending. any advice?
