Getting married in Las Vegas?

I had an idea to get married in Las Vegas. I do not want to get married in one of those ELVIS type mini chapels, I know that a lot of my family and friend WILL come. I dream and picture getting married with the skyline lite up behind us. Any idea good locations for that?
