Upper back and breathing pains?

Hi , about 2 weeks ago i fell backwards on to the back of the net at a hockey game. At first my spine and upper right side back was a killer i couldn't lye on it. Now my spine is straight but i cannot take full breaths without having pain on my back ribs, plus for some reason when i get the pains or move wrong my right arm will start to hurt, mostly the tricep area. Plus i cannot shoot a hockey puck normally the follow through kill's. I have had no results from my chiropractic and its been 3 weeks ( 8 sessions). My spine is fine though. Going to sleep is also quite painful. What could be the problem?
