Germany Cultural Exchange?

I'm thinking about doing a cultural exchange program next summer through AYUSA (used to be called Intrax). It's a month long program. I was wondering if there was anyone on here who had done it, or any other cultural exchange program. Is there any good ways that you would reconmend for fundraising and if you would recommend even going. Thanks!
