Ladies: Does with a circised partner 'dry' you out to where it makes u sore and unsatisfied? thoughts?

My man's circised and it's alot cleaner.. i prefer the look and feel of it to a circised one but that's my opinion. But hey, really..why are you considering this? Religion?? Health?
