Tripod for a DSLR camera!!!?

i have a Canon rebel XSI. As you probably know I'm new in the slr world but i need a ,good AND inexpensive, tripod. I know they really don't go hand and hand but if anyone knows of a "Ok for an amateur photographer". I was told that if you go too cheap that when the wind blows it will make pictures shaky. so that's why i am asking for help. THANKS for your input.
