Who has had a body lift?

I had gastric byp surgery 4 years ago, and lost a total of 135lbs. My weight has been stable for 2.5 years. I have Great West insurance. Does anyone have any advice on how to get a body lift approved through insurance or any advice on how their body lift affected them in any negative and/or positive ways? I appreciate any information possible.
