Beef broth instead of beef boullion?

I'm making a roast and the recipe calls for 3/4 tsp of beef bouillon and 4 cups of water. I do not have beef bouillon, but I do have a can of beef broth. How much broth would I use in place of the bouillon? Would I still need to add water? If so, how much?
