Where can i get a personal loan with little credit?

my credit isn't bad, its 690 something. but im only 19 so i don't have much credit. i need a personal loan to repair a very sentimental car i totalled that insurance wont cover and to consolidate a little of my other debt. im in the military so i don't make much but my other expenses are minimal. i need about $15000. where can i go?
