Is it all about looks?

My boss bet me $3000 that women think about looks as much as men. He told me that I am extremely good looking and that if I acted like an *** and dropped my accent, told her I am unemployed, and insulted her as much as I can I can still get a girls phone number. I told the woman that I am unemployed, for a hobby I masturbate, and subtly implied that she was heavy and I still received her phone number. In a period of 4 minutes I lost my opinion of women, my opinion of myself, $3000, and I felt horrible for being a jerk, I feel like I've been deluding myself into believing that I've been connecting with women beyond a physical level. Are looks the most important thing to women also.
