Should I trade Reggie Wayne and Larry Johnson for Adrian Peterson and Wes Welker?

I have just been offered the trade but not sure wether to pull the trigger or not. I have Travis Henry, Rudi Johnson, Clinton Portis and Kenny Watson on my RB rotation. Bowe, Marshall, Calivin Johnson and Reggie Wayne in my WR rotation.
